There’s a reason Disney Springs is commonly referred to as a must-do spot in Disney World — there’s a lot to do there! Disney Springs has some of the best dining experiences on Disney World property as well as both Disney and non-Disney stores.
We recently stopped by Disney Springs to see what’s new so we could bring you all the latest!
Disney Springs Food Updates
We headed over to Everglazed to try their limited edition Cinco de Oh-My-O Donut (get it? Like Cinco de Mayo?)
This donut reminded us A LOT of a cronut (which is a croissant mixed with a donut), and what super sweet! It’s also on the larger side, so you might consider sharing this treat with someone else.

Coca-Cola Rooftop Bar
Next, we headed up to the Coca-Cola Rooftop Bar to try the May Drink of the Month: the Summer Strawberry Lemonade.
We thought this drink was light and refreshing, but also a bit lacking in the flavor department. It sure is pretty, though!

Vivoli il Gelato
In celebration of Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Vivoli il Gelato introduced a new treat: the Ube Tiramisu Pop!
This pop is strong with ube flavor and wasn’t overly sweet (which we enjoyed). It’s perfect if you’re looking for a lighter dessert.

Amorette’s Patisseries is also getting in on the ube fun with the Ube Banana Mousse!
We thought this treat was beautiful AND delicious (which is a win-win in our book!). The banana added a bit of a bitter aftertaste, but we didn’t mind that so much.

Disney Springs Merchandise Updates
Star Wars Galactic Outpost
Last week, the Disney parks celebrated May the 4th with limited edition food offerings and of course, merchandise! We spotted some new merchandise items at Star Wars Galactic Outpost in Disney Springs, too! First up, we saw this Rebel Leader spirit jersey for $74.99. It matches perfectly with the Rebel Leader bucket we’ve seen in Hollywood Studios and in Disneyland!
We also spotted these black shorts that say “Star Wars” on them. They are $36.99.
Next up is this crew neck sweatshirt available for $64.99. It stays “Star Wars” and has some of the characters from the movies on it.
It seems like teal is the theme amongst a lot of the new merchandise, because we spotted this shirt that’s all about Boba Fett and leans heavily into the teal. This shirt is $44.99.
Next up is this shirt that has… a lot going on. It has the Starwars logo we saw on the black shorts plus characters like Darth Vader, a Stormtrooper, and Boba Fett and a pocket on the bottom? This confusing shirt is available for $36.99.
We also spotted this lounge set that is all about Princess Leia. The top is $36.99 other says “Strength & Hope” with a picture of Leia’s iconic space buns…
…and the shorts are also gray and have the resistance symbol. The shorts are $24.99.
We also saw this white shirt that has Starwars characters in squares with the Starwars and resistance logos. It is $36.99.
Speaking of white shirts, we also spotted this Darth Vader shirt that has Darth Vader’s helmet and TIE Fighters all set on a grid. This shirt is also $36.99.
And finally, we have this blue Vader’s Security Services hoodie. It has a picture of Darth Vader flanked by Stormtroopers and is $59.99.
And that’s what’s new in Disney Springs! We head to the Disney World parks (almost) every day so make sure to keep following DFB for all the latest news and information!
