Not only is the 2022 Flower and Garden Festival happening, but EPCOT also just released a Huge new merchandise collection in one pavilion, along with a new drink, AND a fan-favorite cookie seems to be here to stay. Read all about it here!

the Remy “Cheese” Cake is no longer available at Sunshine Seasons. When we asked a Cast Member, they said it was gone for the foreseeable future.
It’s a cheesecake…that looks like cheese! Brilliant!
Despite its appearance, this cheesecake was pretty much a normal cheesecake released in celebration of the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. It seems to be gone for now, but we’ll be watching out for its return just in case!

the new Pand-Ade Boba Drink arrived at the Canada Popcorn Cart for the release of Turning Red, the newest Disney and Pixar movie premiering on Disney+ on March 11th. This drink is made with coconut-pomegranate lemonade with pomegranate boba pearls for $6.50, and it will be available from March 1st to May 31st.

We really enjoyed this drink, and it comes in a free plastic Turning Red souvenir cup! If you’re into coconut and boba drinks, this is definitely something you’d want to try.

The very popular Gingerbread Salted Caramel Buttercream Cookie Sandwich has been added to the year-round menu of Caramel Cake, according to a Cast Member we asked! Although it was once only available during the holiday season, it’s now available any time of year for $5.99.

This is a cookie made with Buttercream frosting and salted caramel drizzle sandwiched between two gingerbread cookies, and we’ll be keeping an eye out for whether its availability changes.

EPCOT Construction Updates
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind continues to undergo construction, presumably as Disney World prepares to open the ride as scheduled in summer 2022. We spotted Cast Members working on the roof this week…

…and more overall progress within the Xandar pavilion! We’re still waiting on an official opening date for the ride, but we’ll update you as soon as we know more.
